Nepal Share Delete your account

Delete from the app#

Open Nepal Share and sign in.
Go to Profile (the menu, then your name).
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. It removes your sign-in, portfolios, transactions, alerts, watchlists, saved BOIDs and notes.

Delete by email#

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email support@nepal-share.com from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my Nepal Share account". We will confirm it is you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept#

Deleted: account and sign-in, portfolios, transactions, alerts, watchlists, saved BOIDs, notes and their attachments, profile photo.

Kept for a limited time: purchase records (required for tax and accounting), feedback you sent us, the device record (expires 90 days after the app was last opened), crash reports (90 days), and analytics that is no longer linked to you. See the Privacy Policy.

Before you delete#

An active Premium pass ends with the account and is not refunded unless the payment provider's rules say otherwise.
Export your portfolio to PDF or CSV from the portfolio screen if you want a copy.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
